I was referred to you by a friend who had a breakthrough in understanding when you explained to her about the limbic system. Particularly in how agreements one makes whenever the system is activated would unlikely “hold” so to speak. Would you please elaborate a little. This made compete sense to me and caused an incredible surge of emotion for me. I finally felt like someone understood the dynamics underlying so much of what seems misunderstood by my ex-husband. He and I have done amazingly well throughout our “journey” of divorce, but are now needing some healing and help to navigate certain issues and changing needs. Perhaps you could be of help.
