Robert Terris Bio

Robert Terris JD, MFT

Robert is a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFC 51095).  He is trained to work with the entire family system and has extensive experience treating unhappy couples, depressed or oppositional teens, and individuals who have suffered trauma.  He is an expert at improving family communication and finding practical solutions to deep-rooted problems.  Robert has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute, an M.S. in Peace and Conflict Studies from Gothenburg University, and a J.D. from Berkeley Law (University of California). Robert is very devoted to his partner, Vera, to whom he has been married for 15 years, and their two sons, Aidin and Dylan.  He loves walks in nature, volleyball, and vegetarian food.
